Keoni Fursse, CCIM has been a real estate investor, commercial real estate investment broker and asset manager for over 35 years while working for some of the nation’s largest firms in Hawaii, Seattle and Kansas City. Keoni is the CEO & Founder of multiple vertically integrated companies that operate together to achieve the ultimate results for our investors, tenants and the communities we serve. These include Studia Capital LLC (real estate investments), Kokua Realty, LLC (Keoni is the Principal Broker – real estate brokerage and property management services managing over 1.5 million square feet worth over $1.1 billion), Kokua Real Estate Services, LLC (maintenance, landscaping and janitorial services), and Kokua Construction Group, LLC (commercial construction company). Kokua Realty was recently awarded as one of Hawaii’s Top Ten commercial real estate firms by Pacific Business News. Keoni holds the CCIM designation. A CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. It is estimated that only 6% of all commercial real estate professionals nationwide hold the CCIM designation.
